Introduction to the One Week Plan to Overcome Your Fear of Failure
By the end of these seven days, you will be able to see setbacks not as failures but as learning steps, set effective goals, focus on a positive long-term vision that you want to achieve, find support, and acknowledge and celebrate progress. These skills will help you eliminate the fear and failure and see your change journey as an experiment. When you experiment, there is no failure; you are just learning what works and what doesn't. This attitude will keep you motivated for the long journey.
These exercises and reflection prompts can help you develop new ways of thinking, which will shift your mindset.
As inspiration, I am giving you examples of how my (imaginary) friend Maya would answer the questions.
